Jason’s professional experience includes environmental permitting, federal and state reviews (NEPA, SEQRA, etc.), threatened and endangered species surveys, and site assessments throughout the northeastern United States. As a project manager for several large energy-related projects in Pennsylvania and New York, he has prepared environmental permits and represented clients’ interests with federal, state, and local regulatory agencies. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Ecology and Environmental Biology and a Master’s in Biology, both from Shippensburg University. He is a Certified Ecologist through the Ecological Society of America, recognized by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service as a qualified surveyor for Phase 1 bog turtle surveys in eastern New York, and holds a Wild Plant Management Permit for threatened and endangered plant surveys in Pennsylvania. |
